Getting the detail right

Rope answers both. Salt does not corrode synthetic rope, chlorine wipes off, and the woven surface photographs as texture rather than as plastic — which is why rope has quietly replaced resin wicker in most resort refurbishments of the last five years.

The specification details that matter on a property are the unglamorous ones: powder coat thickness at the joints, stainless or coated fasteners, replaceable glides that protect stone decks, and cushions that can be re-covered without replacing frames. We build to those, and we keep spare cushions in stock for projects we have supplied.
