How to choose
Every model here pairs a black or charcoal rope with a black, slate or navy frame, so the two surfaces sit at a similar depth rather than fighting. In a dim interior — a hotel bar, a covered terrace — that is what stops the furniture reading as flat.
For projects, black rope is also the practical choice. It does not show the dust and pollen that pale weaves collect along the top rail, and it holds its colour under UV better than most mid-tones because there is less pigment drift to see.
