Minimum order

30 pieces per model and colour for standard production. 100 pieces for a fully custom frame colour. Mixed models in one order are fine as long as each colour meets the minimum.

Lead time

  • Samples: about 5 working days.
  • Standard production: 35–45 days after deposit and sample approval.
  • Custom colour: add roughly 7 days.
  • Shipping: 25–40 days depending on port and service.

Packing and container planning

Rope furniture is bulky, and stacking geometry decides how many units fit a 40HQ. Armless dining chairs pack most efficiently; armchairs and bar stools with footrests take more volume. We model the load for your actual mix before you commit, and we can consolidate models into one container.

Terms

FOB Guangzhou as standard; CIF to a named port on request. 30% deposit, balance against the bill of lading. We can print your shipping marks and pack to a store-ready or project-ready specification.

Warranty

Three years on frames and weave under normal commercial use. Cushions and covers are covered for manufacturing defects, not for wear or misuse.
