Are rope outdoor chairs waterproof?
Water-resistant. The rope is synthetic and does not absorb water, and the open weave drains. Frames are powder-coated aluminium or sealed teak. Cushions use quick-dry foam and are water-resistant, not waterproof.
How long do rope chairs last outdoors?
Five to eight years in commercial use, longer under cover. Weave tension and frame quality matter more than the fibre alone — a good rope on a weak frame fails before a modest rope on a solid one.
Is rope furniture comfortable without a cushion?
For a meal, yes. Rope has a small amount of give. For long lunches or lounging, a 4–6 cm quick-dry cushion makes a real difference.
Will the rope sag?
Not if it is tensioned correctly. Sag comes from under-tensioned rope or a flexing frame. Every batch we make is checked against a reference sample.

What is the MOQ?
30 pieces per model and colour; 100 for a fully custom frame colour.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes — a production sample in about five days, plus a rope swatch card and frame finish chips.
Do you ship to my country?
FOB Guangzhou as standard, CIF to a named port on request. We ship to Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia regularly.
Can you match our brand colour?
Yes, from a Pantone reference or a physical sample, matched on frame and rope together.
Commercial use
Is this furniture suitable for hotels and restaurants?
That is most of what we make. Frames are metal, anchors are internal, and the specification is built around daily commercial use rather than occasional domestic use.
Can we reorder the same model years later?
Yes. The range is deliberately narrow so repeat orders match. We keep reference samples for supplied projects.
