Tight, even tension — Weave tension is checked against a reference sample, so repeat orders sit the same as the first one.
Powder-coated aluminium frame — The frame is cut, welded and powder-coated in-house, with reinforced corners where the weave is anchored.

Materials and construction

Rope furniture fails at the joints long before it fails in the weave. On this bar stool the anchors sit inside the powder-coated aluminium frame, so the strands are protected from knocks and the outside reads as one continuous line.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the weave with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and let it air dry.
Use a soft brush for dust or pollen that settles between the strands.
Avoid bleach, acetone and abrasive pads — they dull the rope and the powder coat.
In freezing climates, store cushions indoors and check the weave tension after winter.

Delivery, MOQ and samples

30 pieces per model and colour for standard production; 100 pieces for a fully custom frame colour. Production runs 35–45 days, and samples ship in about five days. FOB Guangzhou or CIF to your port — tell us the destination and we will quote both.

About the WC-142CBGN

In olive green rope it suits bar counters, pool bars and high-top terrace tables. The open weave keeps it cool in direct sun and easy to hose down at close of service.

Materials and construction

The frame is powder-coated aluminium, cut, welded and finished under one roof. Where the weave is anchored we add internal reinforcement, because that is where a rope chair takes its load.

The rope is solution-coloured synthetic, so the colour runs through the strand rather than sitting on the surface. It dries fast, does not mildew and needs no oiling.

Because frame and rope are both made to order, colours can be matched to a sample, a Pantone reference or an existing scheme. That is the difference between a chair that fits a project and one that nearly does.

How is it packed for export?

Each chair is wrapped and cartoned, with stackable models packed to reduce container volume. Carton dimensions and gross weight are confirmed on the quotation.

Can this bar stool stay outside all year?

Yes. The frame is powder-coated aluminium and the rope is UV-stabilised synthetic, so rain, sun and frost do not damage it. In freezing weather we recommend bringing cushions indoors and checking the weave after winter.

Can I order this model in a different colour?

Yes. Frame and rope colours are made to order, and we can match a sample or a Pantone reference. Minimum order is 30 pieces per colour for a custom run.

Can the seat height be changed?

Dining and bar heights are fixed per model, but we can adjust seat height within a small range on volume orders. Tell us the table height and we will confirm what works.
