About the WC-145B
Every dining chair in this range starts from the same engineering decision: the rope does the visual work, the frame does the structural work. Keeping those two jobs separate is what lets a dining chair look light while still carrying commercial traffic.
Colour is the part buyers underestimate. Taupe rope reads warm against pale timber and crisp against dark frames, and it is the tone we ship most often for restaurant, cafe and hotel terrace dining.
Materials and construction
The frame is powder-coated aluminium, cut, welded and finished under one roof. Where the weave is anchored we add internal reinforcement, because that is where a rope chair takes its load.
We use UV-stabilised synthetic rope: it resists fading, does not absorb water and holds tension through temperature swings. Ends are heat-sealed and hidden inside the frame.
Because frame and rope are both made to order, colours can be matched to a sample, a Pantone reference or an existing scheme. That is the difference between a chair that fits a project and one that nearly does.
